Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

At TrailPeak Outfitters, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before your order has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund of your purchase amount. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TrailPeak Outfitters. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to personalized items, perishable goods, and intimate apparel. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance with your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us at the information below. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

For credit card payments, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your statement. This processing time is beyond our control, but we're happy to provide any documentation you may need to facilitate the process with your financial institution.
